Because all of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction.

However, we absolutely want you to receive what you paid for. We will be willing to review and accept/issue replacements only in cases of misprints or items that arrive damaged.

To qualify:

  • You must notify us of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Please provide clear photos of the misprint or damaged item so we can review the request.

Requests submitted after 14 days from delivery cannot be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept ANY returns on sale items or gift cards.
