Shipping Policy

 

Because all of our products are made-to-order, all orders require time for production before they are shipped. Production typically takes 2–8 business days depending on the item and the print provider.


Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the address you provided at checkout.

 


 

Shipping Timeframes

 

Shipping time begins after production is complete.


Typical delivery windows are:

  • United States: 2–8 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

 

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur during holidays, high-volume periods, or due to carrier or customs issues that are outside our control.

 


 

Multiple Shipments

 

Because your items may be produced at different facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages. Each package will have its own tracking information.

 


 

Tracking Information

 

You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

 


 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.


If you need to correct an address, please email us as soon as possible.

Once production or shipping has begun, we are unable to make changes.

 


 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

 

International shipments may incur customs fees or import taxes depending on your country.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Any and all importing Customs, Duties, Taxes & Fees are not handled not covered by The Outdoor Theater

Lost, Stolen, or Marked-As-Delivered Packages

 

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first verify with neighbors, household members, your local post office, or package lockers.


We are not able to replace or refund orders that show a confirmed delivery scan by the carrier.

 


 

Returned-to-Sender Packages

 

If an order is returned to the sender due to an undeliverable address or failure to pick up the package, we can reship the item once an applicable reshipment fee has been paid. If refusal to pay the reshipment fee, the item will not be reshipped and the item will be discarded without any refund.

 


 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately so we can help resolve the issue.

Clear photos of the damage or misprint will be required for review.
